There’s the hold music. The ticket number you can’t find. The helpful person who needs you to start again because the details didn’t make it through. You still can’t get your work done, but you could probably hum the entire hold playlist.
That frustration is where GoLine1 began.
Surely we could make this easier.
We knew the other side of the desk too: good people juggling calls, chasing details and typing up the same requests, while the work that needs their skills waits.
We had the technical experience to build something, and AI was getting good enough to be useful. So we started with a practical question: could it take a decent support call and save everyone a bit of hassle?
Then came the testing. Could it follow what someone actually said? Give them time to find a code? Tell the difference between asking for an account unlock and confirming it had happened?
Those small details became a big part of the job. Getting help should feel straightforward, even when the problem isn’t.
Less hold music. More help.
That’s what we’re building: an easier first conversation for the person calling, and a useful request for the team doing the fixing.
We’re an Australian business, with GoLine1 hosted on AWS in Sydney. There’s more to do, and we’re still listening. Ideally, without making you repeat yourself.
