How GoLine1 handles demo data.
This notice explains what the website and voice demo collect, where that information goes and how long demo records may remain. Production arrangements are agreed separately.
Browsing and sample interactions
The site does not store a design preference and does not use a third-party analytics service.
The site does not add advertising cookies, tracking pixels or session replay. Sample conversations use fictional data.
To see whether the site and the sample call are useful, the site counts a small, fixed set of events: a page being viewed (with the previous page, only if it was also on this site), a link to the sample call being followed (with the page it was on), the sample call being played, its audio starting or the call finishing, which sample scenario or next step was chosen, whether the transcript was shown because the audio did not play, and whether the contact or invite form was sent. Each event adds one to a total for that day. Page addresses are counted without anything after the “?” or “#”. The site does not use cookies or browser storage for this, does not create an identifier for you or your device, and does not record your IP address, browser details, the time of day or anything you type with these counts, so they cannot show who you are or link one visit to another. The daily totals are held in our database in the AWS Sydney Region and are deleted after about 13 months. If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, the site does not send these events at all.
The hosting infrastructure may process technical information such as IP address, requested URL and request time to deliver and operate the website. Website content may be served through a global content delivery network.
When you contact us
The enquiry form sends your name, email address, organisation and message to our website service, which emails them to our team so we can respond. The service also uses your IP address briefly to limit repeated submissions.
Email processing is not represented as Australia-only. Please do not include sensitive personal or customer information. Contact us to discuss an appropriate way to share detailed requirements.
Trying the live voice demo
Calling the demonstration can create service-request records and summaries. When you register for the call-along view, the demo uses your Australian mobile number to match an incoming call and display its transcript in that browser session.
Registration has a five-minute calling window. Temporary demo records are configured to expire after approximately one hour; physical deletion can occur later. This is separate from the service request, any logs, emails or downstream tickets, which may be retained under the demonstration deployment’s settings. The reference service-request retention is 30 days.
Call audio recording depends on the deployment settings. Where enabled, the call presents a recording notice and consent choice. Speech is still processed and may be retained as text. Use fictional service details and register only a number you control. Avoid sensitive information when trying the demo.
Questions, access and deletion requests
Contact the team about the information you have provided or to request access, correction or deletion. Include enough context to identify your interaction, without sending additional sensitive information.
For the service’s processing locations and integration boundaries, see Data & security.
Review and improvement data
The console can retain short knowledge-question observations, offered answers, sources, review decisions and notes to improve service-desk answers. Full conversation text is optional per customer; audio recording is disabled. These observations and test results follow the request retention policy. Saved regression scenarios persist until deleted and should contain synthetic examples rather than caller personal information. Common identifiers are redacted from review text, without a guarantee that all personal information is removed.
