Kate asks whether she can use the VPN on her own laptop. The answer comes from Ironbark Freight’s uploaded VPN policy.

WHAT CHANGES FOR YOUR TEAM
Questions your documents already answer are handled on the call, with nothing sent. Everything else reaches your desk as a request read back to the caller and confirmed: who rang, how to reach them, what is wrong and who is affected. Callers who need a person can ask for one at any time.
Call from your mobile and watch a ticket appear in ServiceNow. You can also test password resets and account unlocks using your personal account in the shared GoLine1 lab.
Access is by invitation. Everything here is a sandbox: use made-up issue details.
Describe a made-up fault. The assistant asks a few questions and raises a ServiceNow incident.
Try saying: “I can’t connect to the VPN and my whole team is stuck.”
Quote the incident number from your first call. You’ll type an emailed code on your keypad, then your update goes onto the same incident.
Try saying: “I want to add something to my incident. A second person is affected now.”
Try a handover to a second phone. Answer that phone to hear a private briefing before the caller is connected. Use your own second mobile or a colleague who is expecting the demo call. No agent login or demo account setup is needed.
Try saying: “I want to speak to a person. My laptop has stopped working before a client meeting.”
Leave this blank to try the usual service desk. If nobody answers, you can leave a callback request. Use made-up issues for this demo.
The assistant checks it’s you with a code sent to your email. For a demo organisation, you also verify with its enrolled authenticator on this page before choosing a new password. Set up the authenticator before testing recovery.
Try saying: “I’ve forgotten my password.”
Unlock works on your demo organisation’s directory account. Your demo account is set up in step 4 after you verify your email. Use Account tools to lock it, then call. ServiceNow unlocks it and your password stays the same.
Try saying: “I’ve locked myself out.”
Your email is verified. Step 4 shows your account setup progress. Once your accounts are ready, your call number will appear automatically.
Call from with caller ID on, within 5:00.
Waiting for your call
Once the identity check passes on the call, we email you a reset code. Enter it here with your new password. Nobody on the call ever hears either. Demo organisation members complete an authenticator check on the recovery page instead.
Call progress shows reference numbers, without displaying what you say. Your demo credentials are shown separately; keep them private.
Shown once. Note them down now.
Verify your email (steps 2 and 3) to use these tools.
Read live from Active Directory. The domain locks an account after 5 wrong passwords.
Tickets from your demo calls appear here.
This page is the demo organisation’s recovery portal. No ServiceNow sign-in is needed. The call’s email check and your organisation’s authenticator check must both pass before a password reset.
Add this setup key to an authenticator app as a time-based account. Keep the key private; it will be cleared when setup completes or you leave this page.
